Hmm..great for a Class II project...

Wouldn't this be considered a suppressor even though there arn't any baffles.

F.A.C. sells them to the public.They are legal because they are welded up. www.gunstuff.net It is sold seperately for $66.95/ barrel and $34.95/fake suppressor.

It's not a silencer kit it's a solid rod of material with a hole drilled through it.
