Gentlemen, Looking through my original Colt box I found the Colt 22 long rifle conversion kit.  I had completely forgotten about it.  It is still all wrapped up with the ar15 manual.  I don't know why I would ever use it.  Anyone know if they work and what value they would have.
Thanks, Lonestar

been thinking about getting one. I read in shotgunnews that they are legal to CA. You can get an unregistered lower and as long as you don't out a .223 or other evil calibers you can have a .22lr ar15

I recently got one NIP on eBay for $137. I've yet to try it out. Your limited to ten rounds, oh well....
