When I try to watch this movie on my laptop, the image is distorted.  When I pull it up on my Iphone, it plays just fine.

Click on the 8 spoke wheel known as Settings and manually adjust the Picture quality.

Hey, that did it....kinda.  It was set on 3D for some reason.

The picture is clear now but the image is cropped and the characters heads are missing.


Edit: and no, they're not.

As the other poster asked. Have you updated your operating system which will bring in drivers and the like. It will help immensely and automatically adjust the picture quality to your internet speed.

I have, but I'm still using Windows 7, so perhaps that is the culprit.

Movie looks OK for me in Win 10 Edge
