So many things wrong here...The off duty that got pulled over should have not only been ticketed, he should have been given sobriety tests. And if I hear the term professional courtesy one more time I'm going to puke. In a LEO setting that means being allowed to skirt the law. Kinda like we bitch about Congress doing ain't it? |
I am not going to bitch about Professional courtesy because I'm not a cop, but it has helped me a time or two "I know alot of people"
There is a time to ticket and time to let it be. The POLICE I know don't write tickets, they hang out in the bad neighborhoods and catch bad guys, the real fucking bad guys. This is just two pissed off traffic cops in a dick measuring contest, the guy in the truck won but he may lose the next round

theres a thread right now about the cop that cavity searched two women with the same glove on the side of the road being back on duty a hissy fit on the side of the road isn't going to lead to a firing. |

I knew I'd seen it before, but a searches for "Florida", "Speeding", "Fight", "Argue", "On Duty" and "Off Duty" failed to yield the proper results. That's why I said "suspicion of dupe".
