Why is it Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid can call President bush a liar in multiple speeches and never get called on it or have to apologize, but Rep Wilson does it and is facing punishment? At least Wilson had the guts to do it to Obama's face.

They are desperately afraid that once people see Obama called out for what he really is, the whole house of cards will cave in.

They have a lot invested in the "messiah" image, and you shall not besmirch it where the common folk can hear you. If more and more and more public/government type folks are openly dismissive of him, the whole facade is going to come crashing down, and with it their chance to push their Marxist agenda.
