| Forgive me if this is the wrong section to post this in, but as of today wtf is the current status of pistol braces? It goes back and forth so much my head spins... I thought everything was ruled legal but then I read about a guy getting arrested for having one and it took ages to get the charges dropped. Granted this was probably a malicious anti-gun jurisdiction, but still makes me paranoid. Then I read something about a bill to protect pistol braces and how it didn't pass? Seriously this is getting hard for me to follow. Is it best to just buffer or is the "grrrr i hate guns therefore its an unregistered sbr" thing that supposedly goes on rare? |
