There's no reason to voluntarily carry one ever again when there are hundreds of other models on the market that do the same thing as good or better and that don't have the same questions. It's that simple. There's also an internet rumor that Sig is finally going to make a full size P365 variant that uses P320 parts to replace the P320. Supposedly called the P385. |

Only one in our house is my wife's. She never carried it. She likes it at the range and actually shoots it very well, and I got her a p365 to carry but she hasn't started carrying yet. So now she has both, rarely shoots either, and never carries either. I think we're safe. |

I can give you all the statistical analysis about why the P320 doesn't have a problem and you should trust it. I've also built 3 of them from receivers I milled myself, and I think internally it's a Rube Goldberg shitshow that should probably have more problems than it does. It is horribly designed, overly complicated contraption that seems to exist only to easy-button existing parts into a new gun design, and avoid patents. With that said, I keep 320s - 1 custom Spectre Comp, one Flux Raider - in my car as trunk guns. And I would have no problem trusting them in the gravest extreme. |

I wouldn’t feel right selling a faulty gun. |

I bought one used after the shake awake started making the rounds because I wanted to examine the design in person and be able to spend some time with it. I think it is a poorly designed handgun with several deficiencies of its fire control and safety mechanisms. There are many handguns without the same inherent flaws which are better for carry. |
| I have one but I also purchased a Flux Raider for it and feel confident with it in that configuration. It has a trigger safety/lever built into the Flux but I am leery about the shorter trigger pull on the handgun more so than anything else with the possibility accidental discharge like we have seen in numerous videos. |

I sold mine. Actually got called to the hospital the other day for a GSW to the thigh. Come to find out it was a 320 carried AIWB. Went off in the holster without manipulation. Confirmed this with security footage from the store it occurred at. Sucks for the guy and we all had a few good laughs about it cause he knew of the issues but also believed it wouldn’t happen to him. |

It's very unlikely to actually go off uncommanded when pointed at someone who has their hands up, as that's a very brief point in time, unlike carrying 16 hours a day pointed at yer nuts or knee that may take several years to activate if you have a "bad" 320. I don't think the Flux locks the floating sear anymore than the stock external safety does. Would be nice if someone came up w/ a crossbolt safety drilled through the slide locking the firing pin, but that would run the risk of an uncommanded discharge when the safety was taken off. |

Can you give us any more details? Would the store be willing to post the video, or the victim to post his account? Healing up nicely, one hopes? Ammo, and did it expand & penetrate nicely?
