I did pulled pork today. Started this morning... Fried up some bacon, onions, and garlic for beans...  Made some cornbread in a cast-iron pan...  Done!  Had an Old Fashioned with dinner...   |

Bite me. Temps won’t cool off , here in AZ until at least November. It gets hot again in February or March. That’s usually when I do briskets. |

Had a barbecued pork tenderloin seasoned with Shealy's pepper vinegar BBQ sauce and some grillin' spices. It came out great! Sorry, no pics, had company coming and was running behind. Also the local Hispanic market had some fresh local white corn that we boiled, and made some seasoned flat beans. Its not the cooler weather that I dislike, its the shorter daylight at the end of the day. |
