This past week some friends were in town and we drove up to the big city (Houston) for some fun.
Rented a couple class III's and spent a couple hours, well.........having fun!

My bud showing his son that everyone loads their own mags ....

His son did pretty good...

I jumped in ever once in awhile

Hope you enjoyed

Thompsons are fun but, you haven't lived until you've shot a belt fed.

It's like viagra, after your first time you walk around with a woody for a few hours.

Bump firing is going to be very boring from now on.

8 years in USMC combat units and a deployment gave me my fair share of full auto from SAW's to M2's and Mk19's.   Have you ever heard of totally fucking sick of shooting belt fed???

But I agree....the first time gives you a buzz

Tell the lad to lean into it.  For a small lad, since its close quarters, he may be better placing the butt against his sternum and looking over the sights (gun turret style) to shoot.

Congratulations on having FA fun.

Pasadena Gun Club.

Old converted theater.

TERRIBLE ventilation.  I think shooting there a few times has taken some time off of my expected lifetime.

They have a M16 too.

+1 although it seemed to better ventilated from the last time I was there.....probably because we were only people there at the time.

Damn, between that really narrow lane & those bullet holes on the ceiling i'd be a little hesitant to shoot there. Have there been any accidents there?

I'd be more worried about the ones below the bench...
