I know that there has to be a simple web page designer that you can start from a blank page and drag n drop pics and add text where I want it.... I did this 18 years ago with some kind of web browser... I am old and have slept since then. The site I am desinging goes on GoDaddy and their software sucks. Any help here? Subnet?

what you are looking for is a wysiwyg (what you see is what you get) html editor. google that term you will see a lot of free products.
The first thing I would suggest is move your hosting away from godaddy as they are horrible in every respect. Find a host that has one click install wordpress. Read a few tutorials on wordpress and you will be good to go, there is a ton of help all over the internet for wordpress as well. But to answer your question: Doing some quick reading Kompozer seems a frequently used free solution. Otherwise Dreamweaver is Adobes solution that is a bit expensive but will do what you are talking about, and much more. |
