What service has the most careers in this field? I would figure AF or Navy. I would prefer AF.

Weapons Development is done in the private sector based on needs statements generated by the services.

However, if you want to work on developing your weapon skills there are plenty of spots available in the Army and Marine Corps.

That's nice but the OP was asking about WEAPON DEVELOPMENT not weapon skill development. Two completely different things.
