Yes because she has over 2300 sales, the 36 negatives don't impact her feedback that bad until you start reading them.

There's a guy on Ebay who has a 99,5 rating and he has over 1000 negatives, he has 65k sales

With over 2K in transactions you cant make everyone happy.  But the seller should respond to the emails and be more professional

page 37.  Some guy gave them a B. He bid by mistake on the item wrote them to say sorry and to please retract. Seller then says I have the one you want but it's not the one you bid on and to send money on the item or take negative feedback WTF over?

Exactly.

Some people are generally disagreeable. On the other hand, when you're doing that volume of business sometimes you are going to slip up. When you do slip up and cross a generally disagreeable person then there will be nothing you can do to make it right.

It looks to me like she has several dozen GOOD feed backs for every bad one and most of her bad is reasonably explained.

Nope she has started to not ship after being paid.
Don't look at the numbers, go read the BS she pulls and then says.
She beat a few people out of money too.

You know, in any business you can't satisfy everybody.  There's always going to be people who aren't satisfied.  But, in an effort to keep a good name, one should always do what they can to take care of any problems.  What you should NOT do is give horrible service, refuse to acknowledge your customers' attempts to contact, and then act condescending and rude toward them.  You should NOT say things like "I DO THINGS MY WAY.  IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT FIND ANOTHER SELLER."

Because, guess what?  I would never buy anything from that person, based on how they handled their negative feedback.  Ever.
