Are the 5 liberal judges pushing through all their own agendas while they are still a majority on the court?
Are they doing so because they know GWB will appoint more conservative Justices in the very near future? (after some of these nitwits retire)
I have never seen such a blatant disregard for the Constitution in my whole life.

actually they should get their walking sticks and beat the holy living HELL out of them. The eminent domain decision is one of the biggest piece of shit judgements ever. It'll go down with the Dred Scott decision as one of the biggest turds to float out of the SC.

Even most of the members of DUh are horrified about the recent SCOTUS ruling on Eminent Domain...

Guess the ruling was a little too far left..

Only because they can't see that it fits their Commie agenda perfectly. Benevolent State taking and redistributing individual property for the "Greater Good". Meanwhile they just think it's a victory for the greedy corporate types.
