Guys, those fine men are in training for the space shuttle door gunner teams. They train like that because sometimes they do SEAL like aquatic missions. The difference is they don’t take off their flippers and goggles because they are so fast at what they do. It’s useless to take off their flippers and goggles because they’re right back in the water again in moments!
