I use breathe right nose strips. They have helped my snoring quite a bit. I feel much better in the morning.

Have her roll to her side or her stomach, if she can sleep that way. That will open her airway and it will quiet down.

Backup plan: earplugs.

Good luck.... my girl has the same issue depending on how tired she is.

When my son was young, not even talking yet, he was sleeping in between my wife and I when she was snoring.

He tapped me on the arm and pointed to her. He then snorted like a pig and laughed. Next he pinched her nose shut. She stopped breathing for a little while then she gasped for air through her mouth.

He let go of her nose and we both laughed.

As far as helping you, I've got nothing. I just love that story.
