Today was painful. My legs (and the rest of my body) were tired from the few days before. Had to skip out on water con or I'd be dead tomorrow. It wasn't until about 40min into my run that my legs started to feel better. I knew if I didn't run, they would probably feel worse tomorrow from yesterday's sprints.

Yesterday I participated in the Running and Performance Workshop hosted by Brian Mackenzie at CrossFit Endurance, and our WOD at the end of it was basically a double tabata run for 8 minutes.  With a continuoulsy running clock we had to run 100m and at the 30 second mark run again, for 16 rounds.  Our break was the time we reached 100m and the end of the 30 seconds for that round.

I usually take Sat and Sun off for recovery.  I feel a lot better if I take 2 days for proper recovery.  I CF M-F and run Tues, Wed, and Thrs nights as well.
