Had a broken sparc gen 1 and contact customer service about getting it fixed. Received an email with a brief form to fill out and send in with the optic. Sent it off and received a package from vortex today with a brand new sparc 2  top notch customer service in my opinion, I mounted the sparc to my beretta cx4 which used to have a primary arms micro reflex.

the sight stopped turning on so i bought and installed a new battery and then it wouldnt turn off something in the power button was fubar, and the soft rubber housing was pretty scuffed up which was only cosmetic. I ordered a PST 1-4 through there Mil discount program and it is a very good scope. Every time i have emailed vortex i get a reply within a day.
i have owned 2 trs-25's over the past couple years and they have both worked flawlessly i would say the sparc is a step up in quality but i wouldnt buy one over the trs-25. |
