I hope every body got to see this game,more like a movie than an exibition! Remimds me of the first time I picked up a Golf Club! I've watched a lot of Golf .but this was the mother of acually a birth of a new generation of Golf fans! Golf will usually put you to sleep faster than tennis,but God what a Game!! I'm still High!! I was lucky to be a volunteer at the 1991 US Open at Hazeltine. I worked in the merchandise tent and got free passes for the whole week. The night before the first round I walked down and stood on the first tee. Wow, one of those once in a lifetime experiences. The tee box looked as perfect as most greens do.  It was the open that Payne Stewart won in a playoff with Scott Simpson. |
