I'm smoking two turkeys right now but I have a question. According to the instruction sheet that came with the smoker 10 lb. turkey takes 6-7 hours to smoke and a 20 lb. turkey takes 9-10 hours. My question is what if I have two 10 lb. turkeys in the smoker? Should I go with 6-7 hours or 9-10 hours? |
You don't need to combine the weights. Just smoke them for the time required for one if they are the same weight. |
