I'm smoking two turkeys right now but I have a question.
According to the instruction sheet that came with the smoker 10 lb. turkey takes 6-7 hours to smoke and a 20 lb. turkey takes 9-10 hours.   My question is what if I have two 10 lb. turkeys in the smoker?  Should I go with 6-7 hours or 9-10 hours?

You don't need to combine the weights. Just smoke them for the time required for one if they are the same weight.

How can it only take that long to smoke a turkey?  Sounds weird to me.  It DOES sound like something I need to try, especially since I want a smoker for Christmas.  Yummmm.  Which one do you have?
