Anyone have any experience with these? I can't get my boat to troll slow enough and I've heard of people using these. 26' Albemarle, would like to troll at approx 2mph. Can't really stay under 4-5mph. I've found some online, but I want to know what size I should use and the best way to rig it.

Quoted: A friend of mine had the same boat and to live bait fish for kings he could not go slow enough so we took 2 5 gallon buckets and drilled holes in them and tied them to the gunwales. It worked and was a cheap option. |

Don't worry. The boat will redeem itself somehow. New batteries, electrical problem, water pump, it'll find something that needs money to offset the savings. Quoted:

I spent all winter/spring/and part of this summer getting the boat right. I just wanna fish! |
