Bought an RMR01 a few years back. Ran perfect. Traded it for an RMR07. Now the RMR07 has shit the bed. Elevation inop, wont hold a zero. Could bust nickel sized dots at 15 yds all day with the 01...best group off a rest today was softball sized. Only thing changed was the RMR, same gun, same ammo.  Heard good things about Trij customer service but never had to use it. I am not the original owner. Do I need to pepper my dags angus or is ever then gonna be alright?

Sent it in nearly two weeks ago. Got an email today stating they would repair or send replacement free of charge.

I had two which I sent back twice each.  Trijicon factory staff admitted that they could not repair them, they were performing at the new lower standard.  I'm not kidding about that.  They were really bad and useable only outdoors in bright light, totally useless in any other condition.  For comparison, I have another which is not good but minimally acceptable and a very old one which is great.  One of the Trijicon people actually said that I was 'lucky' to have one which worked right.

They had mine for quite a while. Didn't say what was wrong but it works now.

Nothing but the best customer service from Trijicon in my experience.

I emailed them awhile ago about the cost to replace the tritium vials in my old sights on my G26. They sent me an email with details and I never followed through because I don't shoot the G26 much anymore so it didn't make sense to spend money on it.
Fast forward some months later and I get a package in the mail from them....a replacement  set of night sights for my G26. I never asked for them but they sent them anyways.
They are tops in my book.
