I have a question for you math folks out there. Is there a book or resource out there to help me pick up some basic trigonometry for some machine work. Thanks.

As others have mentioned Machinery's Handbook. "Carr-Lane" had a small book with the basic formulas. Good for most basic machining operations.
There book may have been a handout to promote the clamps they made. Was handy to keep in the tool box so that the Handbook didn't get all messed up from greasy fingers. |
