Lower right, second from the end. It just started today with a simple feeling of pressure like swelling under the molar, and the feel of the "bite" has changed. I have a headache now, too! Dentist appt. is on 7 Jan. Oh well, here we go.

I am having the same problem.  I ended up having to go to the InstaCare to get some antibiotics and a couple of pain pills to kill the pain until the antibiotics took effect.

Impacted Molar? My GF had one still under the gum. It was growing up and back into her jaw bone. She was in misery for a week and looked like a damn Hampster with her cheeks stuffed. The oral surgeon put her out, and sectioned the offending tooth. 3 minutes later she was in recovery and on her way home. She was prescribed Vicoden but all she took was 2 Aleive right after the procedure. What a trooper.

If you get the offending fang yanked, SAVE IT!!!

You never know when a tooth can come in handy to put in someone's soup of something. A few years ago, I managed to get a certain do-good candidate with that trick, and what a great way it was to make him lose composure!
