[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Time warner cable problems.

Anyone having problems with their cable?. Mine has been pixelating since Tuesday night.
They keep saying it is upgrades to the systems causing it and they are trying to correct it when the fine the problem.

Kinda of funny started when the convention started.

CNN plays better than Fox news.

I have had nothing but problems with Time Warner There service SUCKS big time. I have had there tech's out three times and each time some bullshit excuse the connections are bad or some shit like that. I would switch but the complex that I live in has an exclusive contract with them. 79$ bucks a month also. This reminds me I need to go call them again My internet runs slower than dial up.

I usually have nothing but great service from Time Warner.
Just thought it was kinda of funny that the problems didn't start till the convention started.

When the system is not busy, I get excellent service from TW, but on a busy Fri/Sat night, I frequently get breaks in the connection, which interferes with my children's Maple Story game.

I was having the same problem, they added a booster to the line, an when that didnt help they replaced the cable from the street to the outside box ad tha seemed to fix the problem. I think that they gave me good service.

I had TW when I was in Del Rio, by far the WORST company I have ever done busisness with for any product EVER. I hated them, and it was clear from how they treated me that the feeling was mutual
