I'm too poor (I literally don't have $20 in any way, shape or form) to buy a membership, but there are threads I wanted to follow that I didn't start. I know there are some other ARFCOMmer's in the same situation. I know that, sarcastic as many of the team members may be, they are generally good people at heart, and thus are willing to help us find these threads with their general discussion search option. A simple rule so this request for charity isn't abused: please make a genuine effort to find it before asking. The particular thread I'm looking for is a recent one about school budget crises, the last time I posted in it was yesterday morning (I think), but I looked through all the GD posts from that point to here and know, and I didn't spot it. It had things about teachers having to buy things like pens, paper, even clothing for their students. |
