My knees hurt. When I was a youngster I banged up my knees like crazy. Then I later became a Paratrooper and hurt my knees even more. Tonight my knees hurt worse than a toothache.

Bone spurs removed from both heels under the Achilles last Nov and Dec.
Back running and trying to prep for the marathon I run every January (skipped it last year).
Shit hurts like a mofo.

actually, my left shoulder has received multiple injuries over the years, and sometimes ( like tonight ) aches and goes dead at certain positions.
it'll pass.
I still went to the gym and did chest.
