Been thinking about getting some, but need to feed on it a little.
Where did the good videos go. I thought there was a thread that had
some links to some here Friday and I went back 30 pages and have
not found it. Maybe you have some more?

Even if you don't find the videos, trust me, you will like it. Ditto on the range thing. I can't think of too many 'official' type ranges that would allow it. Great for gravel pit type shooting though.

I just can't get into this Tannerite thing. I think because it's legal, I don't care about it. If it were banned I would HAVE TO HAVE IT!

I know it. People are doing some foolish things with it. It will definitely be banned. If they banned 12 GA. Bird Bombs, this shit won't be around long.

I have to ask again, is this stuff legal or is BATFE going to come haul me away if I try it?

Does one have to have a special license to purchase it?

Does it have to be "Registered" when it is purchased?

Does it have to be "Registered" when it is purchased? No.

Fun stuff. As with any rapidly expanding compound, maintaining reasonable safety is necessary. quite impressive to non-demo folks, of course, and the ease of use and acquiring makes it a crowd favorite.

I saw some demonstrated at "Black Rifle Day" and it was impressive with a shock wave at 50 yards or thereabouts.
On the down side, I saw some shot with a .223, several differnt times and it didn't go boom. It looked like it works best with a full bottle and a .308.
Folks can say they saw dis', dat' and de otther thing, but, that's what I saw.Thats my story and I'm sticking to it! Personal observation.

We had a Tannerite session last weekend on a friends farm. Launched a steel bathtub (about 50 lbs.) 100 feet straight up. We got it on video. If I can figure out how to get it into digital format I'll post it. One bottle also makes short work of a side-by-side refrigerator! Amazing stuff...
