Sure, but it's a huge waste. Many post offices now have machines that can print the exact postage you need. There is a minimum purchase of $1 IIRC, so if you need a one-cent stamp the machine gives you various options to make bring the total up to $1 or more. Forever stamps are the best deal ever. I bought 500 of them when they were still $.41. |
