I know, it looks like a potato spider, I didn't take the pics. Anyone have any ideas? Location is South Jersey and these were taken today or yesterday.

First pic, and web make me think of the "catface" spiders I used to feed fire ants to as a kid.
Other pics, not so much but who knows.

Northeastern face eater. Very dangerous.
Actually appears to be an Orb Weaver. Very common. Bad about building webs across sidewalks and such. I hate them, and maintain a spider stick pretty much solely because of this breed of spider.
