I read that it has AUX inputs.....who knows if I can use this to play my turntable? (No I don't want a better card, no need) |

Not unless it also has a ground point on it. Turntables require this, you may be able to rig a ground, but it will not likely produce a clean sound. YOur best bet would be to run the turn table through a reciever/preamp, that also has a good tape deck attatched, and use the MONITOR outputs to connect to your computer. |
That was my concern. So there's no pre-amp....... I didn't want to buy a reciever just for this, I guess I'll have to. Unless someone knows of a sound card that'll do this. My turntable has two RCA's, no ground(in reply to the other post) |
