Found this recipe online...Does it sound good to anyone but me? I think I may try making this tonight. 4 Mild Italian sausage links, casings removed 1 large onions, chopped 6 cups chicken broth 3 baking potatoes, diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 cups fresh baby spinach 1 cup heavy cream salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste 4 servings Change size or US/metric Change to: servings US Metric 45 minutes 15 mins prep 1. Cook sausage in a large sauce pot, crunbling with the edge of a spoon, until no longer pink. 2. Drain, add onion and cook until soft. 3. Add broth, potatoes and garlic, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender. 4. Add spinach and cook until wilted. 5. Stir in cream, season with salt and pepper and serve. |

This looks pretty good too! I love anything Italian! Now i'm hungry. I would add Italian Sausage into this recipe though. Creamy Spaghetti Casserole #23551 1/2 cup sliced green onions 2 tablespoons minced garlic 1 (4 ounces) can mushroom pieces 1 tablespoon butter 8 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained 2 cups spaghetti sauce, divided 2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese, divided 1 cup sour cream 1 cup cottage cheese 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 6 servings Change size or US/metric Change to: servings US Metric 50 minutes 20 mins prep 1. In lg skillet saute onions, garlic, and mushrooms in butter. 2. Add spaghetti, 1 cup sauce, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese, salt and pepper. 3. Mix well. 4. Put into a greased shallow casserole dish. 5. Bake, uncovered at 350* for 20 minutes. 6. Spread with remaining cup sauce. 7. Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese. 8. Bake, uncovered for 10 minutes more. |
