I have an older S-O 1/2 in. breaker bar that I was using to try and loosen a bolt on my dozer and ended up twisting the drive head slightly. Does snap-on have a free replacement warranty like Craftsman?
None of my other s-o tools have ever failed before so I've never had to deal with this before.

Yes.     They will rebuild it if they have the parts, or replace it.
The driver I used would do it on the spot.    If he had to order parts he would replace it on the spot with the same tool, or a better one.

I have had Snap-On warranty 5 taps.
That blew my mind.

Got a mechanic friend?  Stop by his work and drop it off. The trucks are a pain in the ass to track down.

I send them an email describing what happened and the tool part#, they send me a new tool and don't even bother sending me an RMA for the busted one. Good customer service.

Since I buy my stuff online, I suppose they have a record of what I've bought.

Depends on the dealer, he might not for some guy off the street that he may never see again.

Yep. Unless I needed it replaces NOW, I would have to meet the snap on man in town doing his runs, or just keep it in my truck and wait till I ran across the snap on truck on the road and chased him down and traded it out.

Nope. Broke a 1/2 breaker bar last week. No marks and no bend. Broke the head stright off.

Snap on guy came by and ordered a new head. Free of charge.

Snap On's good shit.  My old Kobalt tools were made by their parent company on the same machinery as the SO stuff.  They're great tools, now I've just gotta hope none of them break because the new Kobalt stuff is garbage.

I have a breaker bar that is rusted to a socket. Will they replace that for me?
