How the hell do you get rid of a skunk? It's not doing any harm(yet) so killing it is out of the question for now. I don't want to grab it like someone on this site. Any suggestions?

Shoot it in the head.  Then once the body stops moving, wrap in plastic.

You can trap them in a solid wall trap and they will not spray.  Until you release them.

They are actually easy to handle.  I have moved a bunch of them with live traps.  Bait with a can of sardines, when you get one, cover the trap with a blanket or sheet.  Move it however far you need to then just pick up the trap, with the blanket still over it, set it on the ground and open the door.

They just calmly walk away.

Place a live trap baited with catfood inside an empty 50lb dog food bag. Skunk gets caught bag keeps him calm and keeps you from getting sprayed. Move him far away or he will return..

Get hydrogen peroxide, baking soda and Downy.  Mix 2 tablespoons of baking soda with a pint of the hydrogen peroxide, the 3% stuff.  Add a teaspoon of Downy for good smell.

Soak doggie in it for 10 minutes.  Rinse and repeat until poochie is good smelling.

Do not get in his eyes.  If you have triple antibiotic opthalmic ointment, put this in his eyes before treating.  Or sterile petroleum jelly
