Okay, I have to confess, I bought one.
While you are doing the exercises it seems lame, and the first time I did it I was thinking "how can this possibly be doing anything?" However, you really DO feel a burn when you stop and set the thing down, so I'm thinking maybe there is something to it. I'm thinking it is probably going to help a lot with muscle tone, but no, it isn't going to increase muscle mass, so of course those commercials are a bit deceptive. Been using it for about a week now in conjuction with the rest of my workout. I also bought one of those "Perfect Pushup" sets they came out with a few years ago .
