As an L2 technician, seeing some of the stuff our service desk routes to us makes me cringe. That and the stupidity of our customers who are drinking the "Macintosh can't fail" Kool aid. Some ticket notes from our knowledgeable service desk.

Troubleshooting:
Computer was on Hardware Recovery screen - tried hard reboot - failed - computer failed to turn on
Tried to start on docking station - computer only beeps

Routing statement:
Customers HDD appears to be fried What the fuck made you come to that conclusion? Is it not turning on or not booting? How did it appear if you are sitting 5 cities away?
This is the second HDD to be fried in less than 2 months Explain fried, how about a little fucking history please?
Issue might be related to the MOBO Never in my 15 years has this been the case
Recommended complete Shell Swap with new HDDSo you want me to give her a new computer and new hard drive because she can't refrain from treating company property like shit?
