Pictures are showing up from yesterday's Tea Party in Boston of some of the idiot "crashers". They just look sad and pathetic, and were quickly pointed out. But yet... which will get the most air time on CNN, MSNBC, Bloomberg, etc? As sad as it readily appears, it still serves a purpose.

The funny part is that I saved this picture and then put it up as my face book picture as a little "protest" since I'm stuck on a drilling rig.... then I looked at it after I posted it in a thread here and .... well... damn it was a common mistake and slipped past me. 
Secondly, the Tea Party doesn't need to be marginalized by crashers or misspelled signs, the Democrats came in their pants when they saw Palin step up as the figure head of the movement.

I keep hearing that, but I graduated from public high school in 2004 with a fine education. Granted, my school district was and is regarded as one of the better systems in the area, but I fail to see how any student who attends their classes, pays attenttion to their teachers, participates, and completes their assignments with a bit of genuine effort can be left behind. Is the problem just the quality of the schools, or should we also consider students that don't try and parents that don't care to use the schools as anything more than glorified day care centers? /hijack |
