With the Minuteman Project working well and attracting much attention to the gooberment's failure to secure the order, I started thinking... What if citizens went down to the border and just started building a wall? How much of the border isn't walled off? How much would it cost? I am thinking that a project like the Statue of Liberty restoration would be able to raise the money. Yes, it would shame the .gov. |

I'm in for a monthly donation too--and I'll raise you by donating 2 weeks of my vacation time to help build the thing! We could have it done in a year or 2, so I'll also donate 2 weeks annually for upkeep and/or security detail. (I've f*ckin' HAD IT with illegals and the politicians who refuse to acknowledge the problems they cause) |
Uhm - unless you OWN the land, I don't believe you can just start building on it. It's either someone's private property, or it's government land. I like the IDEA though, because the shame aspect of the Minuteman project certainly seems to have had some good effects. |
