When I have a long post or reply, the screen jumps up and down after several lines of characters.  This is incredibly annoying.
Any ideas on what is causing this and how to fix/stop it?

How about a little basic information?

What browser are you using,  and what operating system?

We can't give any help if you don't give some circumstantial data.

Mine does the same thing on some replies at Ar15.com

I use IE 8 on windows 7.   It seems to happen when I include a long qoute.  The screen jumps all over the place and I can't even see what I am typing.  I usually just end up typing my reply in word or notepad and pasting it on the bottom.

Does it to me also, with both IE8 and Safari.  Starts once the quote string gets pretty long.

Glitch in the Arfrix.

It's a sign that a mod has just logged on.

I'm seeing it here and also on some other boards.
I'll have to try the cut/paste.  Somtimes on a technical answer it gets so frustrating that I just delete the thing.  Especially when I try to delete a block of text at the end of the message.
