I'd love to see a sub forum here where we could discuss topics in science and mathematics.

You know, basically a nerd forum.

I agree whole heartedly. There is no reason in the General section we can have Photography and not Science and Math or Technology or some title with a related theme.

ETA: that's actually a great idea..."Nerds" should be the title of the section.

It would be nice to have a section like that. I'd love to talk about the cosmos and mathematique...

A new science wing just down the hall from the Armory?

I have a feeling it will turn into homework central for those of us in college or HS.

The first sticky should be a Calc primer.

Nice idea, Max.

I could see that. Instead of 9mm vs. .45, I could see Newton vs. Leibniz.

Well then start IM'ing the folks on staff!

I wasn't going to start harassing them until there was a few more folks in this thread.

Edit: I added a thread to GD to drum up some more traffic: http://www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=1&f=5&t=1015277

I look at rocks all day under a microscope... I'll throw my hat in to the ring for a nerd section.

The battle for King of Nerds is going to be interesting.... the prize is Olivia Munn.

I had an HP 41CX in college.  It ruled all, and still does.
