My wife has a polish sausage recipe that's been passed down generations. We used to do it at least once a year but haven't the last few I want to restart the tradition while my son is young but we need a new stuffer. I've read so many reviews of style, brand, size that Im back to where i started What do you use/like? Thanks |

Is it as easy to clean and refill as they make it sound? 5lb isn't a lot but if it's not hard to refill it doesn't seem like a big deal |

Recommend at least 11# size, vertical, and dual gears. Silicone gasket, and blowoff valve on piston. https://waltons.com/11-lb-sausage-stuffer/ |
