I have been having a disappointing experience with SWFA the last few days. I tried to post on their industry section and there is no option to start new topic there  Anyway I placed an order today and got a message that one item is back ordered. My question is, do they hold the whole order for the back ordered item before they ship or do they ship the order less the back ordered item. I find it very frustrating that they do not show that an item is sold out on their site. |
