| I'm looking for a website or a place that sells those little notepads that contain little SFST and HGN clues forms. I know most of you guys don't use such things but I'm a new to SFST and I find it a little hard to remember which portions the drunk screwed up in the field. I've looked at all the websites like Goulds and Pocket Press and several places like Gall's and GT's. A little help please. |
What I do is take a standard notebook and put my fst's on there with pen. Pre write them out and make it like your field notebook. I havent heard of that before but Ill tell you this. IF you check with a local print place I am sure they willl be glad to help you out with that. If you wanna know how my notebook looks Ill show you just im me if you have any questions. Another thing if your going to use HGN on your fst's then make sure you do RESEARCH. Defense attorneys will light you up if you dont. THat is however the most accurate test out there. GOOD LUCK LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED ANYTHING DRUFF |
| Ours are provided by the state. There is a thing on the cover that says to order these booklets fill out form FS1470 (or whatever the form number is) and mail it to (whatever the address is). I don't have mine on me right now so I don't know. So maybe you should contact your state DOJ and see if they can help out... |

Card?? You guys don't have SFST forms???? Not real rocket science to make one up. Our's is based off the NHTSA but has the finger count and body sway on the rear. In the field, why not fill out the form as you do them?? It is much easier that way. The test is explained the same way every time and the results are recorded after each test. Standardization saves you in court. That way, you have less to remember since you READ it off the form! |
