I had a particularly good run so I'mma brag about it on the intarwebz.

I did 5 miles in 37:45 (7:33 mile pace). It was 90 degrees out; which is too freaking hot, imo.

I'm particularly happy because it was probably the most evenly paced run I've ever done. Pacing is something I'm terrible at.

Congrats! Nice job on the run, especially in that heat. Are you training for anything in particular?

And I'm with you btw, I'm not outside at temps above 85, I get nauseous. Thankfully, it hasn't hit that temp in over a year where I'm at on the lakeshore.
