Quoted:
It's 11:59 on Radio Free America; this is Uncle Sam, with music, and the truth until dawn. Right now I've got a few words for some of our brothers and sisters in the occupied zone: "the chair is against the wall, the chair is against the wall", "john has a long mustache, john has a long mustache". It's twelve o'clock, American, another day closer to victory. And for all of you out there, on, or behind the line, this is your song. http://i199.photobucket.com/albums/aa176/oldshool63/wolverines.jpg" /> I never understood this. Is it supposed to be some sort of code or something? |

Quoted:
Thats how coded messages were broadcast to resistance fighters during WWII. I believe in the movie "The Longest Day" the message "John has a long mustache" was a signal for the Normandy invasion.

Useless fact of the day:
Encore's version of Red Dawn still has changeover cues that were used by theaters that used two projectors running changeovers on 2000ft reels. Look for 2 black dots (8 seconds apart) every 15-20 minutes located in the upper right corner of the screen. |
