Anyone else ever have this dream? You are in some location, sometimes a very familiar one, when you become aware that someone is trying to get you. In my case, I'm either inside a building and someone is trying to get in, or I'm walking outside and someone attacks me. You are always armed of course (just like in real life) but when you try to shoot the bad guy, your gun functions like it has molasses or something in it. It takes all your strength to pull the trigger, and the shots seem to be in slow motion. You have this feeling that you can't shoot fast enough, but the attacker is moving towards you at a blazing speed and seems unaffected. I usually wake up right as they get to me, although sometimes I do actually get shot or stabbed and see the sky or ground (depending on where I landed) right before I wake up. Of course, after I wake up, I'm totally disoriented and terrified. Not a good feeling. Just wondered if anyone else has dreams like this, or if I'm the only crazy one

Not quite that senario, but I have had some similar dreams before i.e. the molasses thing. It means that you are not in control of some aspect of your life. Are you telling yourself that something is ok when it's not & you really know better ? Ya my mom is a shrink. |
No I dont, when I was first learning about ARs I had a dream that I was coming home from school. me and my friends were running through a field, I found an AR and I had to try and hurry up and put it in my back pack. It would not fit and I had to hurry to make sure nobody saw it. I also have dreams alot that have water in them, whether it be a lake, stream, broken pipe. I also dream of me carrying a knife alot. Maybe they mean something, I dont know?
