Yeah, they can take some abuse, but one of those had the batteries run out during the op. I think the 'owner' didn't change them out before the op.

Maybe you don't know how to read. The proceeds fund Al Qaeda to get guns, ammunition, bombs, mortars, rockets, and other implements to kill our soldiers. And I don't mean just our soldiers I mean the ones from Canada, UK, Austrailia, The dutch, Turkey, and other allies that our helping out over there. |

Um...so you're saying that if we seize and sell it, the proceeds somehow go to killing our allies?  If we sell it, WE get the money, which would be AQ's income coming to us. That's not killing our friends, that is depriving AQ of their revenue. That would be a genius idea, if anyone would ever go for it. |

It would be impossible to move that much material in a reasonable amount of time, without creating an undue risk to the people moving it. They tend to get really pissed when you mess with their stuff. |
I'm saying -- we could get all mobster on these guys selling it. Find all the assholes who are the dealers, then make them continue selling it, then demand that they cough up the money that they earned every few days. One of two things will happen -- 1) they comply, and drug money that we collect can be used for constructive purposes, or 2) they defy, and then we extort them into giving us intel on their higher-ups. I know it's not perfect, but tweak it a little and it could work.  Thanks for your service!

Why, when they can teach them how to get around US Customs and DEA putting more on American streets, giving the DEA a reason to boost its budget and eat more of your tax money while the higher ups get fat pockets. Its a win-win situation, they get rich and you dont spend so much on rifles.
