Post your favorite recipes.  I'll go first:

Light Wheat - All Grain 10 Gallons

7lbs White Wheat
7lbs 2-Row Pale
4lbs Flaked Wheat

Mash at about 148-149*F, this is a light beer.

.5oz Magnum Pellets 14% @ 60m

Wyeast 3068 or US-05 (or both)

I tend to brew this as a split batch, with 5 gallons Wy3068, and 5 gallons US-05.
The US-05 half I make a fruit wheat by adding homemade fruit extract.

Belgian Wit

6 lbs Wheat DME

0.5 oz dried bitter orange peel

0.5 oz dried lemon peel

1 oz crushed coriander

1.25 oz of german hallertau hops.  1 oz at 60min and the rest at 10 min left in boil or a little flavor and aroma.

Some sort of complementary belgian wit yeast.

This is what I made last spring as my "seasonal" for the house.  When I make it again, I will do 1oz of bitter orange peel instead and no lemon.  This is a spicier blue moon.  Check the bittering hop addition by using beer calculus.  Make sure I'm not over bittering in this recipe.  This was what I remember off the top of my head from spring.

I am making my first batch of home brew tonight and it is going to be a hard apple cider. I intend for it to be bottled and sparkling, this is the recipe that I am using

5 gallons of Tree Top Apple Juice - Made in America with no preservatives

2 lbs of dextrose (corn sugar)

1 tsp of yeast nutrient

Wyeast 1318 London Ale III

That's it. I am following EdWort's Apfelwein recipe from HBT, but instead of the Montrachet I am using an ale yeast so that I hopefully finish with some residual sweetness.
