Alright. Need suggestions for a new radar detector. I have an older model Cobra and it has proven almost useless on the highway. Just drove up to NY and back and I eventually shut the thing off because it was constantly going off. I get K and Ka alerts constantly any time I see a tractor trailer and the K alerts from every damn car that has the proximity radar is more than annoying.
Looking for one that I can customize the settings better to avoid all the false alarms. Trying to stay under $300 if possible. |

I know your budget is 300 but this is arfcom so I would save up to buy once, cry once. and / or stop being poor and go with with v1, with bluetooth dongle or the uniden r3 or a few others. |
