| Whats wrong with this company? They take forever to ship out orders with items they have in stock and dont reply to emails. Ive been waiting for 6 weeks now, and they have already charged my card over 4 weeks ago. On top of that, they charged my card an extra $10 on top of the total, and what for? In person and you know what you want and don't ask all sorts of stupid questions, it's a great store especially from a price standpoint. There arn't many EBR places in northern Illinois.
I have heard horror stories about their online and mail order sales although I've never ordered anything from them. (no point. I drive by there at least 3 times a week). Not sticking up for them....just my observations and experiences. |

Called a few weeks ago to verify my FFL was on file. They said yes.
I placed an order for 2 rifles. They sent an email a few days later saying the FFL wasn't on file, and to replace my order. And gee, whooda thunk it. The rifles were 33-50% higher in price. Fuck em. |

I sent them a nice little email a couple days ago asking some info on one of their products and what the backorder was on shipment.
The assholes didn't think it was worth their time to respond so fuck 'em. If a potential customer is not worth their time to spend 45 seconds to respond to an email then I don't think I want to do business with them in the future. |
