I am currently an FFL holder and I recently started an LLC for tax and liability reasons. Do you know what form I need to fill out to change the legal name of my business on my FFL?

That would be "application for an amended federal firearms license"
Fill out as much that is applicable.
At the bottom write in-Name change only. Please change company name from xyz to zyx.
If you need a contact name Im me.
